I have learnt a lot

I have learnt and corrected much since joining RCTTC for a weekly one hour session in late Dec 2013. Things I have picked up include how to throw a proper punch, the steps in the 37-Step Yang Style Taiji Quan by Professor Cheng Man Ching and an appreciation of their applications. Things I have corrected include my tai-chi stances, the way I stand and the way I walk. It is a combination of improved muscle functions due to the weekly tai-chi sessions and taking in of Mr. Rennie Chong's teachings on how one should move to achieve a stance/step that has led to the corrections.
